A Message from President Cindy Heiser:

I am so proud to serve The Rotary Club of The Woodlands and the wonderful community of The Woodlands as your president this year.  Let's “Unite For Good" and volunteer for one (or more) of the opportunities shown below.  Great News, many of the opportunities are open to members of your family, your neighbors or co-workers!   

I look forward to working shoulder-to-shoulder with each of you soon!

WEEKLY ONGOING NEED:  Breakfast or Lunch Greeter/Prayer/Pledge:   Greeter/Inspirational Thought/Pledge Sign Up

ONGOING NEED: Devote 1 - 1.5 hours/week on Tuesdays to deliver meals to local seniors:   Meals on Wheels

ONGOING NEED: Volunteer for weekly mentoring or to help in the library:  Hailey Elementary School

ONGOING NEED: Snacks (many of these kids come to school hungry) this will send the items directly from Amazon to Hailey! Snack List

ONGOING NEED:  Meet patients and their families and make their stay for treatment in a local hospital a little better:  Rotary House Hospitality Team

ONGOING NEED:  Sleep in Heavenly Peace provided beds for children with no beds in Montgomery County:  Sleep In Heavenly Peace

2026 Gala:  Raise funds for scholarships & Rotary House.  Planning meetings are currently being held, please sign up. Scheduled for Friday, January 30, 2026:   Gala Volunteer Committee

Volunteer: November 6, 2025: One of our most favorite meetings of the year:  Veteran's Day Luncheon

Social:  November 13, 2025:  W. Robert Eissler Elementary School Dedication: RSVP HERE (must RSVP before November 5, 2025)

Social:  December 7, 2025:  Save the Date for Rotary Club of The Woodlands Christmas Party

Volunteer:  December 11, 2025:  The Interfaith of the Woodlands Holiday Giving Lunch:  For More Information

We're working on our favorite annual Journey School/Target Shopping Spree the first part of December.  

Volunteer:  January 9, 2026:  RYLA for Interact Students.  This is an annual event for students.  Volunteers are needed to go up with the kids on the bus & then drive back home on the bus. (approximately 4 hour commitment). Sign Up Here 

Volunteer:  January 11, 2026:  Volunteers are needed to go up on the bus and then come back home with the kids on the bus.  (approximately 4 hour commitment).  Sign Up Here

Volunteer:  March 7 - 14, 2026:  Volunteers will fly to Mexico help schools and provide safe cooking options for homes.

Coming In 2026:  Trip to Guatemala to build safe indoor kitchens for families, More Fifth Thursday Volunteer Opportunities, Children's Safe Harbor Music Room, a few social events, etc.
