As you are aware, The Bahamas took a devastating hit from Hurricane Dorian. The damage is truly unfathomable. I reached out to Rotary International Past President Barry Rassin, who is a member of the Rotary Club of East Nassau, Bahamas, and he put me in touch with the District 7020 Disaster Relief Coordinator and provided me with the Newsletter they created to instruct Rotarians on how they can offer assistance at this time. I have summarized below the information on how you can donate.
Please offer any assistance you are able to and know that it will provide immediate humanitarian relief to those impacted by Hurricane Dorian. It was only two short years ago that the Houston area was flooded by Harvey's unrelenting rains and we can all remember the images from the news that impacted us so deeply. Our friends in District 7020 are in the midst of those struggles and compassion is our best asset
